Fox News’ Raymond Arroyo Attacks Harry Styles Over ‘Gender Bending’ Fashion

Harry Styles fans have mocked Fox News host Raymond Arroyo after he criticized the singer’s “ridiculous” fashion choices.

Sitting in for regular host Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle on Tuesday, Arroyo singled out the British pop star for not exclusively dressing in traditional menswear clothing.

The Fox News host made the remarks in a 21-second-long section he called “we want none of in 2021.”

“Harry Styles please stick to Armani menswear or at least pants. The gender bending wardrobe is not edgy or artistic,” he said. “You look ridiculous and you’re not breaking any new ground—David Bowie did this decades before you were even conceived. And the pearls were a really bad luck.”

A clip of the segment has been watched more than 800,000 times on Twitter after it was posted by one Harry Styles fan.

Harry Styles’s New Video Is a Welcome Dose of New Year Cheer

It’s the first day of the new year, and whether you’re reflecting on your resolutions or nursing a hangover, we could all do with a dose of something cheerful to start 2021 off right. And on that, Harry Styles has you covered.

The pop star is capping off a year of chart-topping success and Grammy nominations for his sophomore album Fine Line (and, lest we forget, a headline-grabbing Vogue cover) with a surprise video, released earlier today, for his song “Treat People With Kindness.” The black-and-white visual sees Styles as a cabaret star performing in an Art Deco nightclub, decked out in a head-to-toe Gucci look featuring a glittering cropped tuxedo jacket, high-waisted Jazz Age trousers, and a Fred Astaire-worthy sequinned bow tie.

It wasn’t just the timing of the video’s release that came as a surprise, however, but also Styles’s co-star: none other than Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The

Harry Styles is heading back to the big screen.

The “Watermelon Sugar” singer has nabbed a role in the Olivia Wilde-helmed Don’t Worry Darling, alongside Florence Pugh and Chris Pine, Deadline reports. The former One Direction member replaces Shia LaBeouf, who had to exit the project due to scheduling conflicts. Wilde herself has a supporting role, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Details of the plot are still under wraps, but the film “is set in an isolated, utopian community in the 1950s California desert,” per Deadline. Screenwriter Katie Silberman, who penned Booksmart (Wilde’s directorial debut) and the Netflix rom-com Set It Up, wrote the screenplay. Production has already begun, but hit a temporary shutdown due to coronavirus.

Chris Pine has only praise for his costar Harry Styles.
