We couldn’t be more thrilled to spread a message of love and kindness in our community through public art. This one-of-a-kind sculpture is a perfect fit for our city’s motto, Sea it. Live it. LOVE it,” said Joyce Davis, Commissioner in Dania Beach.

The Art is an example of Art & Design merging with Engineering & Science. The artist uses a weathervane which is shaped in the form of Cupid’s Arrow. The heart-shaped arrow rotates 180 degrees which is used to not only measure wind, but also as a metaphoric expression to describe people who change their views frequently. “In a chaotic world, when faced with a dilemma, let love guide your way,” said Goradesky.

Goradesky’s projects use the power of art to create social interaction and dialogue using innovative technology combined with his unique use of materials, as well as incorporating natural elements within the environment such as sunlight, wind, rain, etc., to amplify the design or effect of a public art piece. His original 16 foot tall, 5,000 pound, candy apple red kinetic weathervane, Let LOVE Guide Your Way, is now located at Dania Beach City Hall.
